Typical hallmark of small minds. When faced with disagreement they can't handle, they grope for a dismissive label that allows them to dismiss it and eases their cognitive dissonance.

Unrelated, everyone who disagrees with me is a racist.

I also don't understand the idea of thinking that says, "the DA could have gotten an indictment, 'if he wanted to.'"

The DA's job isn't to "get indictments. His job is to guide the grand jury to make the correct decision. He must allow the subject of the investigation the opportunity to appear, and he must present exculpatory evidence.

You seem to have the word "attacking" confused with the word "disobeying."

Which is a good parallel, isn't it?

Did they not indict because the DA "didn't want an indictment" or because the evidence didn't call for one?

Attacking a police officer shouldn't be punishable by death, either.

Wilson's account of the "attack" is basically the real-life version of Jimbo yelling "it's coming right at us!" so he can shoot endangered animals.

I've been pulled over for a broken tail light. You know what you do if you don't want to get pulled over for a broken tail light? Get it fixed. That pretty much goes for all races.

They know a lot more about the case than we do?

And, maybe Rolling Stone wouldn't present Wilson's side of the story as fact, but there was also eye-witness testimony and forensic evidence.

And, as the DA pointed out, the forensics did not back up some of the eye-witness accounts that were most damaging to Wilson. He said some of the witnesses changed their stories after being made aware of the inconsistencies, and some admitted they had not even witnessed the event.

Folks took a lot of those statements as Gospel when they were originally made public, and many of them were pure lies, by people who didn't see anything.

In fact, if there's anger in the community, some of it should be directed at these folks who undermined the case, and who misled the public.

You also seem to have "can lead to" and "is punishable by" confused.
