Xan -- Wilson says Brown told him to go fuck himself.

Johnson says Brown said nothing and it was Wilson who escalated the situation verbally.

    So Wilson's automatically right?

I don't think I can give Mike the benefit of that doubt considering what he just did at the grocery store. He was king of the world and ain't no sucka pig gonna tell ME where to walk on my turf. Doesn't pass my smell test, that the cop just stumbled upon these nice fellas looking to pick a fight.

To be fair, Johnson said Brown swiped the cigarillos and then brushed past the cashier as they left. Not sure that constitutes "strong arming."

Also, you're taking Wilson's word for it that he very politely asked the boys to move to the sidewalk, was told "Fuck what you have to say," and then politely replied, "What's wrong with the sidewalk?" I suspect the truth lies somewhere between Wilson's account and Johnson's account.

The Korean tried to step up and the video shows what happened. That's what I'm referencing.

Is it beyond a reasonable doubt to think Mike wasn't feeling his oats at that point and thought he could flap his gums to a cop without repercussions? The part that gets me is that Wilson put his car in reverse and that's where it all began. Something was said. By whom first? Well, who knows. But a cop ain't puttin' that shit in reverse without proper motivation. That's what I think.

People looking to pick fights don't usually end up finding nuns to fight with. Brown was of course in the wrong. But that doesn't put summary execution on the table, nor does it justify the handling by the local authorities.

The testimony pretty much sealed it. That was practically a parody of what a super-racist, lying cop would say. I'm surprised he didn't quote Brown in a heavy African accent.

How could they search your vehicle with no probable cause? You needed to ask them if your were free to go right at the beginning. They can't detain you for no reason.
