No one wants to go to jail in Nowheresville, Tennessee.

Well, you know, you can square dance them yokels into their owns cells. It worked for Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel.

Except that there's plenty of reason to believe your "strike 2" never actually happened. That claim comes solely from Wilson's self-serving (and frequently absurd sounding) story, no witnesses corroborate it, and Johnson's account contradicts it. And it certainly defies common sense to think a kid in Brown's position would've responded that way.

If you choose to believe that claim as if established fact--fine, that's your business, but don't expect the rest of us to be so blindly trusting of Wilson's word.

I don't know what happened. Seems I'd be labeled some kinda red-votin' conservative or something if I did.

The disconnect between strong-arming a Korean half your size and Wilson putting his cruiser into reverse is __________ ?

We'll never know, unless some mysterious video pops up, which it very well may. Just never know who was taping what and from where that moment.

    Really?

Cop puffing chest out and wanting to show these kids who's boss would not exactly be a ground-breaking character here.

    What position is that?

Exactly. Even if Wilson DID puff out his chest, he would have just kept on going even if 2 dudes didn't move to the sidewalk.

    I told those cocksuckers.

What you're saying, LTL, is that Wilson puffed out his chest and kept driving, but wasn't quite done chest-puffing, and backed up because he wanted to keep puffing that big ol' police chest of his? I've mouthed off to cops before. They don't like that shit. They will get in your face with great haste.

    It's possible.

And in that case the cop is completely and totally in the wrong even if Brown did say something.

Being a bullying asshole is not part of being a cop. Shouldn't be, anyway.

The cop who shot a BB-gun wielding 12-year-old in Cleveland has the misfortune of being on video. He better hope that at some point in his life the kid got detention or maybe went to a party or purchased a rap album, otherwise he's in trouble.

The Cleveland PD is on it already. Dad has domestic violence issues and mom has some drug issues.

    This. Motherfucking this.

Cops initially came out with a statement that the kid didn't listen to orders to drop the weapon. He didn't have time.

From the statement put out before the video was discovered:
