Prosecutors mislead the jury about the law for two months.

That's not precisely what the headline or the story's lead/lede/first sentence say.

And VOX hasn't exactly been unaggressive with its wording while covering this series of events.

I find that things say what I want them to say.

Witness #10 matches up with Wilson's account pretty well - particularly the part with Brown charging toward him at the end.

    Witness #30 does too.

Found out it takes 9 out of the 12 jurors to indict.

The story itself laid out the case pretty well. The "may have" part doesn't really belong unless they are really trying to avoid implying that the mistake was deliberate.

Not sure why VOX would pull punches now after stating its views so clearly in much of its coverage.

Did they say what the vote was?

No, I haven't found any references to the actual vote count yet. But it must have been an uphill battle to get anywhere close to 9, given all the conflicting testimony.

It was so obvious what happened. You must not having been paying attention to Rick, DD and all the mind-readers on Twitter.

Regardless of the evidence, wouldn't it have been better for everyone, almost everyone, if Wilson were prosecuted and convicted and sent to jail for life. It would go along way towards healing America's race problem. Much more than re-electing aqualufied black man as President.

Shouldn't the justice system be more democratic? If the majority of the mob wants to lynch Wilson, then let him die

You don't need to be sure what happened to indict.

Nah, I'm pretty happy with how we handle it.

Give the cops complete authority to use lethal force, with the only oversight being their closest co-workers and friends.
