Alright, I'm sold. Brown was almost certainly moving toward Wilson in his final moments.

Because it's impossible Wilson could have said "Get your ass back here?" as he was blazing up the street with 10 shots?

Not only are we supposed to believe Brown turned to charge in a rage, but he allegedly reached for a weapon THAT DID NOT EXIST. Because this is what small time cigar theives do, get into shoot outs with cops with their imaginary pistols. It all makes sense, when you think about it.

Yeah. Running into a hail of bullets makes much more sense.

I wonder if that will be as effective as the House Hoody protest was.

The St. Louis PD: The Rams apologized for their players' demonstration.

The Rams: Um, no, we didn't.

The PD then got pissy on Twitter about it.

That, coupled with the veiled threat in its first statement, totally seems like a police department that has its shit together.

"Fisher did say, however, that the players "made the choice to exercise their free speech (Sunday)" and that they wouldn't be disciplined."

But yet if they had worn Beats Headphones to post game press conference or
did not pull their socks up during game they would have been fined by The NFL.

What if they would have done the hand's up sign after scoring a touchdown? Still free speech, or a 15-yard penalty and a five-figure fine?

Good question. What the players should have said was that they were signalling that the team would beat the Raiders by
    at least 5 TD's

Shoulda waited for the PAT so the whole group of 'em coulda done the Hands Up and it woulda just looked like they were signaling "Good" with the umpire.

It would be fun to see an NFL team not get its ass kissed by the local (and state) police.

We've never known how many times an NFL player was sent on their way after getting pulled over for speeding, or how often an NFL player was allowed to quietly exit the scene of a nightclub brawl/shooting/stabbing when all other patrons were detained for questioning.

And then there are the simple logistics. I hope the Rams enjoy their rush hour ride to the airport without their police escort. And, visiting teams are really going to come down on the Rams if their police escorts are pulled.

And, if the police K9 unit doesn't work with the team to screen their baggage, they'll have to go through TSA screening to board their charter flights. Won't that be fun?
