Go to the :40 mark. He is moving his hands away from the cuffs when the other officer jumps him from behind and brings him down.

That is not anything that resembles resisting arrest.

Yup - the racial divide that Bush opened up with his class warfare BS has
set the country back 100 years.

But he weighed 300 pounds and there were only five (5) officers to subdue him!

Interesting take in Der Speigel on how the rest of the world is looking at us

    http://www.spiegel.de/international/world/african-americans-express-disappointment-with-obama-over-ferguson-a-1005993.html

"Ferguson marks the end of the Obama era," says Cornel West, professor emeritus at Princeton University and a leading African American intellectual. It is "a very sad ending," West says. "We began with immense hopes and we are ending with deep disappointment."

CNN trying their best to fan the flames.

    http://www.cnn.com/

"New York grand jury declines to indict in the death of man who died after police officer put him in a chokehold. Watch on CNNgo. "

NYPD literally describing how they plan to deal with protests:

    "We've got some breathing room."

    Ouch.

Wonder what the protesters will come up with for the protest chant. In
Staten Island case "Hands Up Don't Shoot" does not apply.

How about, "Please don't kill me! Please don't kill me!"?
