I said it and I stand by it.

I believe OSU is terribly overrated and Michigan is getting better after consecutive disastrous losses to start the season.

The more I think about it, the more I feel bad for not putting USF No. 1. I can't rationalize Ohio State in the top spot anymore.

Michigan will lose either once or twice more (maybe this weekend at Indiana) and be out of the conference title picture.

They will then beat Ohio State and not care what their record is, just that they ruined Ohio State's season.

I'm with you. I filled out my ballot late Saturday night, went over it Sunday morning and sent it to slappy. I put Ohio State at No. 1, reluctantly. Now I'm having voter's remorse and wishing I had flip-flopped OSU and USF, which I'll probably do next week, as long as the Bulls don't shit themselves in Piscataway.

OK, let me ask this of those with remorse: Are you saying it because you really feel USF is the bestteam or because you really want to say "Look, our poll voted USF No. 1..."

Well, that evil red smiley the other day was spooky, but my remorse is because the more I thought about both teams' resumes, the more I realized USF deserves to be No. 1. I almost asked slappy to change my ballot, but never got around to it.

It still floors me to think we saw a preview of this year's BCS title game a little more than a year ago in Lawrence, when KU beat the Bulls.

I'm sticking to my prediction of the BCS title game: Oz U. v. Webby U. ... so, in Thursday's game, the final will be Webby U. 24, Rutgers 23 on a last-second field goal from 54 yards.
