I didn't vote Hawaii No. 1, but it's not THAT high if you look at the other polls.

The Rainbows are ranked 10th in two other polls, 11th in another and 12th in the BCS. They even got a first place vote in the Harris poll.

And for the record, I had West Virginny No. 1 with Mizzou second.

I've given up trying to convince UH supporters they're wrong. It's a fruitless effort, and they're entitled to their opinions anyway. Everyone knows it won't happen, so keep fighting the good fight, UH supporters.

Actually, I never said I wouldn't allow a top billing... what I wouldnt do is what someone tried to do a couple of weeks ago and slide two teams in at 25th.
As I said when this started -- AP rules. If AP will allow a split first place, then we will. If not, then we don't.

If that's true, slap, then I'll vote for a tie next week if WVU and Mizzou win. It's that close.

Can I change my No. 1 vote to Eastern Michigan?

After all, Western Michigan could only score one measly safety against them. That's it, ONE MEASLY SAFETY, to lose 19-2.

I will make a decision before then. I'm not going to spend my Monday doing math problems.

Picking a tie is a cop-out. If that was supposed to happen, no one would have complained about the Washington/Miami or Colorado/Georgia Tech shared titles.
