What a finish -- and good for Adam Scott.

A fantastic final hour of golf. So many times the playoffs fall flat because both players used up so much energy to get there. Cabrera and Scott played well in the playoff. It made it fun to watch.

Really impressed how Scott thought he won it with that shot on the 18th, and yet was composed enough to come out and do it again. Both guys deserve a ton of respect for how they handled themselves.

Nantz, smh... He's, uh, one of a kind for sure.

Except what happens when the officials get the rule wrong, or do not know the rules, as they did by originally saying Tiger did not commit an infraction?

Thats not exactly what happened with Tiger. Nor was there anything vague about the improper drop.

Great finish. Incredible that both players birdied 18 to force the playoff. Good to see Adam Scott win after last year's Open debacle.

I don't think the remaining members of the Greg Norman Fan Club like hearing over and over again how this is the first winner from Australia.

None of the majors run by the PGA Tour. USGA runs the U.S. Open, R&A runs the British, Augusta National runs the Masters and the PGA of America runs the PGA Championship. The PGA Tour works in conjunction with all four organizations to stage the tournaments.

As a golfer, just got to hand it to Cabrera, so gracious and what a finish at 18 knowing he needed birdie and he hits to a gimme birdie.

As for Scott, I have always loved his swing (well its Tiger's original swing that he for some reason decided to ditch) and enjoy his personality, unfortunately he used that broomstick which I hate. Over all though happy to see him win.

So I'm guessing the awkward high five is a Steve Williams signature, and not the fault of Scott or Woods.

How many majors is that for Stevie? Is he closing in on Angelo's record for major titles?
