Just seeing this news now. Can't imagine Favre wanted to go to the Jets.

I see him hanging it up, leaving the Jets without Favre, Pennington and a fourth-round pick.

 

I don't know about the best in the NFL, but the Jets line will keep him out of the IR better than the Bucs would have.

Plus, what threats on offense do the Bucs have?

 

I eagerly await the day Favre goes 12-for-32 with three interceptions and the Jets lose by three touchdowns. That's when I wish I could get the live post-game interviews with the New York media. Those will be precious moments.

Unfortunatly, I feel like this nauseating slobberfest with Favre is just beginning. Why he would tarnish his legacy and come back with the Jets is beyond me.
