Is it just my dreams or does Julie have an incredibly desirable rack?

Riggins will be sleeping in Coaches garage this season and in a van down by the river in a few years.

  2. Good news? We finally get the end of the Landry as a murderer plot.
Bad news? It's replaced by the M-E-T-H-O-D Man plot with Riggins. He should just suck it up and move back in with his brother.

If there is a writer on that show with the vision and the stones, Riggins will be banging Julie in two more episodes.

And 'Yab, Julie was rackalicious in her christening dress. And yes, I felt dirty typing that sentence.

  4. And, let's not forget the biggest development ...
the audience finally has a defensive player (Santiago) to root for.

Very good episode. Glad to see Landry's out of the woods (though the look in his eyes while he was hugging Tyra kinda worried me). I'm probably wrong, but I think that will be the end of Riggins and his druggie roomates storyline. He had a choice to make and he chose to get outta there. The Julie-Tami scenes were great. So were Street, the pisser and the waitress. And loved Smash's reaction to seeing Saracen's live-in poon.
I'm already jones'in for the new episodes in '08. Hurry up and end this strike!

The show has its ups and downs but I do agree this weeks episode was much better then last weeks. The murder plot has not been seen for the last time.... Now they will go into lawyers, court bla bla bla.

Also for everyone looking at Julies very nice breasts she is 18 now so its ok.... I checked. Also I never relazied before now that the character who plays Julie lives 10 min from me on Orange County, CA.

Anyways the show is now done until 2008 because of the writers strike....Dam writers why can't they be like journalists and just suck it up.

    OK, a few things.

They won't get into lawyers. The state's attorney isn't filing charges. They said so last night.

The show isn't done until 2008 because of the strike, it's done until 2008 because very few shows air new episodes during Christmas and New Years. The show will be back and airing the episodes that were in the can before the strike after the first of the year.

And, as to the last line of your post, perhaps it's because the TV writers are a lot smarter than journalists have been and have decided to fight for their slice of the digital pie rather than watch the companies make more and more money and pay writers less and less. I would like to think on a board of writers and editors, we could support them, despite the fact that it means our favorite TV programs might not air when we want them to.

I love Riggins. His two conversations with Coach were hilarious - the one in his office and then at the gymnastics meet. Laughed-out loud. Such deadpan/smartass humor from him.

    Coach: "You doin' alright?"

Riggins: "Not really. Just hit an 8.6, coach. Stacy's should be hittin' those double-backs. She's been her own worst enemy all day. ... It's pretty bad."

    I love this show.

Some really strong scenes last night: Landry and dad; Julie and her mom going toe to toe; Santiago and Buddy G. (I'll forgive the short shrift given to Lyla).
But two nits. I thought Street was living on his own already.
And why didn't anyone on the team seem to notice one of their players was arrested for murder and missed a game. Even his best buddy?

Saracen has been a decided non-buddy to his supposed best friend Landry throughout this entire ordeal. It's a big inconsistency.

At one point, Landry was asking Saracen for advice on how to even act around Trya and then the whole relationship develops and not a word between the one-time buds.

as a lawyer, i liked that landry's lawyer explained the right standard for getting off. but even in small town texas, a different agency - the county, a neighboring jurisdiction, the state police, etc. - would investigate a murder involving an officer's son as a suspect.

    Leo,

I could see it staying in-house because of Landry being a Panther, on top of a cop's son.

Loved Riggins talking about the gymnasts in his own smart-ass way. Thought it was amusing that Street would find a gorgeous girl, then find out she wants to take a piss on him. Of course, he found another gorgeous girl.
