I think the strike sorta helped them. Now, if they want, they can squeeze one more season out of that ... er ... season. They don't have to deal with the seniors moving on until season 4.

I think he'll turn into a Saved By the Bell/70s Show character and graduate after 8 or so seasons. In the end, it will all turn out that Tim was actually a 7th grader on the varsity last season.

Tim Riggins is in the FNL Movie as the dad of that other RB who can't seem to hold on to the ball and thats why he gets pissed and shows his one and only ring.

I know its not Tim, but I always thought it would be kinda funny if it was him. The dad in the movie is just as drunk and a man whore as Tim is in the show.

  4. I would expect season three to just pick up where season two left off. I just saw Season 2 comes out on DVD on April 22 with 15 episodes included. There were supposed to be 22.

I'm guessing they find a way to keep this cast together for another season (on the field and the television).

I expect Brett Favre to join the cast next season.

    It's official:

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080402/ap_en_tv/tv_nbc_new_season

They're doing 13 new episodes, but they'll air on DirecTV first, beginning in October. They won't show up on NBC until 2009. I see a dish in my future.

I'll sign up for HBO for a single show, but I won't change my entire cable system.

I already have a dish, but it's the wrong kind. Anyone want to record this for me on a flash drive?

As a DirecTV subscriber, I love that news. You pay a bit more for DirecTV, but things like this make it worth it.
