But when have I ever defended President Obama?

Show specific proof please. A quote or a link or something.

    Because you are.

Produce evidence of your assertion that I've ever defended the president, please, or retract your statement.

    Thanks.

Got to go visit a sick friend.
    Serious about that.
I will prove you wrong when I get back to the office.
    Bonjour.

I'm new around here and haven't looked into anyone's history...but I pretty much figured you weren't that enthusiastic about Obama. Obama seems like some kind of shapeshifter to me...not really sure what he stands for. Ran as the anti-Bush, then kept Bush's policies in place. He was by far the lesser of two evils both times around, but, damn, I have no idea what to expect next.

Hillary Clinton: "Some planes flew into buildings and killed 3,000 people. At this point, what difference does it make if that was an intentional act of terrorism or just four accidents?"

Az, I don't think you can say that you've never said stuff that's favorable to Obama. Granted, you've more often pointed out the foibles of Obama's foes, but still...

And 3_o_f may be deserving of numbers someday.

Favorable? Fair enough. Especially when considering his two opponents for the office. And I've certainly spoken up against phony comparisons or empty partisan tit-for-tat accusations.

    But "strains to defend?" Nope.

Aren't you at the hospital visiting a sick friend?

The number of times a certain poster has said "I'm leaving (forever, for a couple of weeks, a couple of hours)" and then posted again less than an hour later has to be close to double digits.

"Had I been president at the time, and I found that you did not read the cables from Benghazi, you did not read the cables from Ambassador Stevensm, I would have relieved you of your post." -- Rand Paul

I'm sure Mr. Paul would then have had no problem calling on Bush to resign after the 9/11/01 attacks because he didn't read the memo, "Bin Laden Determined to Strike the United States", right?

    you nailed it.

If Obama or Clinton were President on 9-11 they would have been impeached.
If Obama or Clinton were President and lied about WMDs to get the United States to invade Iraq, they would have been impeached.
