Around here, if you could make the trains run on time you'd be a hero. Maybe Silvio wants to be the next mayor of DC.

I'm not fighting with you, either. I'm suggesting that you point your complaints in the right direction.

Moddy also said whining about the content of the thread would not be well-taken.
That's the last comment I have to make on all of this.

How about we stop trying to measure each others' penises and go back to arguing politics and searching for commies/fascists/anarchists instead?

We need a Running Flame War thread.

Anyone would be free to post, say, "D**p is a rampant jerk-off," and all related business could be conducted there. It would be the Coliseum of Flame Wars.

It's been tried. Actually, I started one. The mods let it go for a little while, but it was locked within a week.

I'll lay out the money to buy this site in a wager that if complaints close it down, it will be the left wing faction doing so.

Be grownups people. This isn't kindergarten.

I think the President should be afforded respect. I try to always refer to him as "the President", "Obama", "Barack Obama" etc.

But, after all the names President Bush was called on these boards, I find it hard to believe you're actually offended by the President being referred to by a name he went by as a child/young adult.

More respect than Starman gives Obama by referring to him as the MN in the White House.

It's important to call the president by the name his handlers think is preferable.

Somewhere, Carlton Banks, who referred to Obama only as Hussein, is angry at the wimpiness of the sj right wing in calling him Barry.
