Yep...100% legal. Ethical, who cares, right? It is legal for the administration to criminalize journalism. In your eyes, since the party you cheerlead for is in power, you are all for it, huh?

And the Administration is being so forthcoming because it did nothing illegal, right?

Let's get this straight...seizing emails and phone records of a journalist's cell phone, home phone, parent's phone and work phone is perfectly fine with Baron. He sees nothing wrong with it because it isn't "illegal." Baron does not think much of the First Amendment to the US Constitution, apparently. He sees James Rosen of Fox News as a possible co-conspirator in violations of the Espionage Act, simply for developing sources within the government.

If you are like Baron, it doesn't matter that this is America and James Rosen was doing his job. Baron is a true Patriot (hope he doesn't get audited for me saying that).

 

If Obama shit in Baron's hands he'd call it chocolate truffles.
