Obama's speech in Germany was not a raging success.

Greeted with signs such as "Yes We Scan!" The speech is described as Ich bin Eine Snoop.

And then he can't read the teleprompter and has to keep looking at notes on the podium. He keeps repeating line and stumbles and mumbles. The Aaron Altman flop sweats were a nice touch, too.

Of course, Chris Matthews blames the sun and not Obama's complete inability to remember a speech for more than three words before having to look down.

 

Matthews, sycophant that he is, was also notoriously easy on Obama after the first debate with Romney.
