I don't care about the administration usage. If someone wants to call Hobby Lobby's top management team its commissar, fine by me. I can roll with that. But the suggestion that HL management here is doing something that HL's owners might not support is ridiculous, because HL top management and HL ownership are one and the same.

 

This coming from the guy who thinks its OK for employers to hire thugs to spy on their employees.

 

I assume you're kidding ... Even if we stipulated that Devil is the second-dumbest guy on the board, the gap between him and the dumbest is so large as to make the ranking meaningless.

You, by your screen name (unless I'm totally mistaken and you support a candle company, if that's the case, I apologize), imply that you support a certain well-famous business that was owned by decades by a businessperson, who, not only was a convicted felon, but also paid a goon to spy on one of his employees.
