    Saddam used chemical weapons, too.

YF, there were sitting congressmen questioning Obama's birthplace. And Mike Huckabee questioned it at a time when he was considered a candidate for the presidential nomination.

Sure, in 1991. Why was there such a panic in 2003?

Are you suggesting there's a statute of limitations on attempted genocide?

If the genocide was so important, then why didn't we try to oust him in '91? Why did it suddenly become important in 2002-03?

Baron, what is your opinion on us going into Syria? Not "well we shouldn't have gone into Iraq," but an opinion on Syria. Do you have one?

I don't know. Ask all the people who voted to authorize it.

I'm not here to argue for or against anything. But, deal in facts. Don't rationalize Syria as the just cause because "this dictator actually used the WMDs against his own people" when Saddam did exactly that, as well.

Unless you want to argue that Saddam was unjustly targeted and a sympathetic figure.

Nope, doesn't suck at all. Truth will out ... regardless of the party affiliation of those who have it on their side. Too bad you can't seem to grasp that.

That's a bit of a stretch ... no one is suggesting that we're "going into Syria."

OK ... whatever military action we are considering in Syria. What is Baron's opinion on that?
