And we can't forget the millions of jobs that have disappeared under this abortion of a presidency. Actual unemployment is well over 10 percent.

We also shouldn't neglect the destruction of the African-American work force since 2009. Barack Obama really does hate black people.

How does that Kool-Aid taste Baron?

Corporate profits were at a high earlier this year:

The businesses are making money. They're just not hiring people. I suppose you'd want Obama to force them to hire people.

So it's your contention that Baron is making the fake profiles in an attempt to get this thread locked for good?

    What say you, Baron?

I've never posted on here under anything but the Baron name for the past 6 years. I resent the implication that I'm the asshole doing the fake-name trolling. I want this thread open as much as anyone else.

The Obama administrations floundering on Syria would be hysterical, if it weren't such a serious subject.

First, the President prepares to take military action as a result of a gaffe he made, when he spoke of a "red line".

Then he blinks and turns to Congress when he gets no international support.

In response to a hard sell on military action by the administration, support for military action falls among the public, and members of the House and Senate.

Then, John Kerry makes a gaffe, saying Assad could potentially get off the hook if he turned over his chemical weapons. The State Department immediately clarifies his remarks, making clear it was hypothetical.

But, Russia latches on to the idea, and Obama, looking at the polls, decides that maybe he can run with it. So, by the time he tapes his six interviews, he talking about it as a real possibility.

And now, tonight, he's going to go ahead with an Oval Office address, and it appears he will not be making a hard sell to the public for a military strike, as originally planned, but will instead talk about Kerry's "solution".

It's really a mess. He's not leading. He's reacting, chasing polls, and looking for a way out.

    It's pathetic.

    This should work out well:

Syria has accepted a proposal to place its chemical weapons under international control for dismantling, the Syrian foreign minister said Tuesday, as France proposed a U.N. resolution that would enforce the plan militarily if the government failed to follow through.

I have a pretty good idea who it is.
Somebody who left the site in a 5-year-old's huff.
It obviously isn't somebody who posts on this every day.
Just that this loser would think he's being funny and creative ... is sad.

Not getting into a war is for sure pathetic.

I mean The NarrativeTM says the bombing Syria is the only solution. How else can Obama maintain credibility unless it is on the bodies of dead Syrian children?

I never said bombing Syria is the only option.

The President said that, because he previously spoke of a "red line". And, after spending two weeks telling anyone who would listen, that we had to bomb Syria, he's now looking for a way out.

If you don't see how stupid he looks, I don't know what to tell you.

I never said you, I said The NarrativeTM was the only option was bombing Syria and killing children. Probably small children, like babies.

Because only dead Syrian babies can maintain the country's credibility overseas, The NarrativeTM intoned solemnly on the pages of the Washington Post using the voice of Eugene Robinson.
