Speaking of bets, Romney's at 21% on Intrade now...(I did suggest you hold out for 80 days on the sig bet)

I'll offer an equal number of days to percentage points - rounded up against me and down in his favor - whenever he wants to take the bet.

Not that it matters, because he won't accept.

Yes, because we know so much more about the sampling distribution of Bernoulli trials. Why, back then they were damn near a random walk.

but, those morals-preaching, southern-christian, teabagging fucks' kids still are getting pregnant at a higher rate than my liberal northern friends' daughters are, and those very same dickheads from the south also are getting divorced at a much higher rate than we are up here ... all while they preach the same holier-than-thou bullshit.

yeah, thanks for pointing out that they have a lower rate of teen abortions, dick. since they seem to be remiss of the morals they actually, ya know, preach, it appears as though they are too fucking stupid to find their way to the clinics. nothing more, nothing less.

face it, dick: people from the south have lower IQs. we shouldn't expect much from those people.

I've lost too much money playing poker to Southerners to believe that slander.
Arguing about polls is stupid. They are of necessity imprecise, as anyone who's ever been polled understands, because they're binary and leave no room for nuance or ambiguity, of which people have plenty. But it's worth noting that the difference between today's Rasmussen and today's Gallup is approximately 2.5 percent (Obama +1, Obama +6), which isn't much difference at all.

    collective, not individual.
sorry if i offended ... and you are not a right-wing conservative fuck who preaches moral values and then shits on said moral values. again, i wasn't saying every person in the south was ignorant, but you folks sure do seem grow them in heavy numbers.

Liberal Democrat and Obama supporter Kirsten Powers on the White House changing its story on the murder of the Libyan ambassador and the attack on the embassy:

"It can only be one of two things: Either the Obama administration is lying to us or they are dangerously naive about what's going on in the Middle East."

    One, she's not a liberal.

And two, the administration was lying about it. Why? I don't know.

Was that in her role as a liberal commentator on Fox News or as a liberal columnist in the New York Post?

I love the reasoning that if a liberal accepts an invitation to go on Fox News to argue the liberal side they're not a liberal.

I mean, I understand that based on the "news" outlets you watch you're not used to balanced, but geez, get a clue.

It has nothing to do with who cuts her paychecks, but her stances. Every time I see her on TV or read one of her columns, she's blasting liberals. She constantly sells the worn out LIBRUHL MEDIA meme.

But, hey, if those on the left aren't allowed to say she's actually a conservative Democrat, then you can't scream RINO! when somebody links something from David Frum like ...

RT @Davidfrum Conservative pundits have done for Ryan plan what Moody's and S&P did w subprime bonds: inflated a bubble by rating toxic assets as AAA.
