    This has been determined?

The law has barely been implemented. We still don't know how many people will lose the insurance they currently have as a result of the law.

    What about them?

Nah. Just somebody who ducked out on a significant portion of his time commitment. Petulant little brat.

He won't answer, just as Romney won't. A clear, extended answer would send the undecideds running for the hills.

If you're not allowed to donate, I think that's unfortunate.

It's also very specific to your particular industry.

I suspect your union -- if you're in one -- can still make political donations.

Romey has never before taken many of the positions he has campaigned on.
I appreciate this approach - they are trying to eject the failed president in office and go on the fly.
Works for me. Hey - whatever you got to do.
All Mitt needs to do is be a fiscal conservative and he will have satisfied the majority of his voters.

Your paper has some policy that forbids you donating? That's effed.

Wait ... if your last day is tomorrow, why the hell do you care whether you get caught donating? Because you're not going to get caught until well after election day. Something smells fishy here ...

The funny thing about forced political donations is that upper management often is basically "forced" to donate to their employer's PAC.

The company then spends that money as it wishes.

(Though, it's also basically understood that their compensation include money that is intended for the PAC.)

That applies to both parties equally, which is one of the reasons we're in the mess we're in. No one dares tell the truth.
