Connecticut has a long history of electing moderate Republicans for congress, senate and governor. That has disappeared with the national parties lurch to the right and a Republican gov spending time in prison for handing out contracts to cronies faster than you can say Buddy Cianci. Also doesn't help that the state party is in shambles and couldn't win a statewide race, even in 2010.

Laugh of the morning here and shit, sloshed coffee on my pants. Glad it wasn't fresh and consequently, hot.

And what's even wilder is how a woman who got rich off the WWE is trying to represent it.

Early exit poll story, pictures and videos.

In summation: Vermontahs don't trust Mitt.

This is completely unsurprising. More thug tactics from Obama's lackeys.

In and out in under five minutes. Looked like half the names in the binder with my info had already voted as of mid-morning. Only issues were a Chevy pickup that reversed blindly and nearly reduced the electorate by two people, along with the poll worker who said she didn't like my Bama sweatshirt but would give me a ballot anyway. Fortunately the man working beside her was of the One True Faith and set her straight.

Vermont is a little left of Vladmir Putin. Not exactly a representation of Ohio.
