    Re: THE 2012 POLITICS THREAD

Why do you and others insist on referring to people who become active in civic issues (as is their right) by calling them a euphemism for a sexual act and question their sanity, when all they're doing is following their convictions. You may not agree with them but they're not arguing for a change in the Constitution, or an overthrow of the government. Every political movement has a few extremists. I would venture to say that the Tea Party has no more actual "loons" than the Occupy Movement, on a proportional basis.
BTW, not very many Tea Party people are happy with Romney as the nominee, and they're a long way from running the GOP.
What I think the Tea Party is arguing is that we should put more trust in ourselves than the government.
Disclaimer: Not a Tea Party member. Only someone who respects their right to exercise freedom of assembly and to vote their conscience, which they should be able to do without being insulted by you and others. You should at least respect the fact that they care, as I respect the fact that the Occupy movement cares.

I think there might be a chance to middle the whole thing so you could make money no matter what happens.

I love it when you sweet talk me, Uncle.

Obama did get a free ride in the 2008 primaries. Even President Clinton said so. Four years before that, Obama waltzed into the Senate after a scandal knocked out the Republican candidate.

Call me an idiot all you want.

Now go out to a swing state and go yell and cheer for the president at some rally. He needs the adulation.

Will do. And you make it so easy with your idiotic posts.

Now, if you'd like to post something not parroted from Fox News, feel free. "Even President Clinton said so." Yeah, totally impartial source there.

    Idiot.

Why are some of you guys so angry all the time? It's just one personal insult after another with you and Ruckus.

Hate to see how you'd be acting if all the polls had Romney in the lead instead of clearly trailing....
