Romney's facing 2nd and long from Obama's 53-yard line with 4 minutes to go, trailing by a touchdown and a rouge. He needs to convert here because another 2-and-out isn't an option.

Starting wars. A lot of jobs get created starting wars.

Other than that I am not sure what growth has happened.

My prediction: instead of preparing vs. John Kerry, for the next debate, Obama, to get a better feel for his opponent, will train vs. a crazed weasel.

Romney's down two in the 12th end. He's got two rocks in the house, but Obama's last rock is shot and he's got two excellent defenders guarding it. Romney's going to have to throw an incredible knockout draw shot to finish the job.

Oh, pish! The PBS thing was a sop to the far right. If that was the one cut he chose to detail, he gave the voters no notion of what actually relevant, substantial cut he'd make.

Facts always seem stupid to you. Why is that?

I take this back. The monthly unemployment figures come out Friday and those have consistently missed expectations for months. Mitt may indeed have his best week evah.

You are aware that this country did just fine without the Republican Party for its first 78 years, aren't you?

Yeah, I understand how Democrats liked the country a lot better when slavery was still in.

All Obama needs to do to turn things around is read the GOP platform point for point. A more reactionary document outside a John Birch pamphlet you'll never find.
