O Brother Where Art Thou is a solid No. 1 on my favorite movies of all-time list.

Hey, Boogie Nights is a great movie. Honestly.

While it's nowhere near the top, Anchorman deserves a mention, if only for the shitload of one-liners.

No. And I discussed it with one of my friends, and she shares the mindset, so I'm not out there on that thought all alone.

    1. pressboxer was joking, though maybe not. I don't have a problem with the behavior.
    2. Seriously? This is the movie you are going to bring morals to? Not crazy shit like Saw or Hostel or every movie rated R?

That's pretty fucking stupid in my opinion.

I've never seen Saw or Hostel, because I don't do gore or horror movies. I'll stick with my comedies, dramas, sports movies and action/adventure.

Not really bring morals into it, just saying that I don't agree with the idea that it should have been made into a movie.

    Well, I can't say I agree, obviously.

Thought it was hilarious myself. And, no, I don't go to weddings trolling for women, but I know plenty of groomsmen who do.

  7. Well, the Simpsons sucks! Just kidding.
But didn't you hear your favorite presidential candidate, Barack Obama, say there is more that unites us than divides us?

Damn near any Mel Brooks film.

Also, it's an oldie and don't know if it's one of the funniest ever, but Mad Mad Mad Mad World is a classic. Every big-name comedian of the era was in that thing. I'll still watch it when it comes on.

The scene where Jonathan Winters destroys the gas station is an all-timer.

Love many of the ones already mentioned, but three I didn't see in there yet:

The General, a Buster Keaton flick from the silent film era
    My Cousin Vinny
    Waking Ned Divine

My Cousin Vinny ... great call Seahawk!

"Lisa, I don't need this. I swear to God, I do not need this right now. I've got a judge just aching to throw me in jail. An idiot who wants to fight me for $200. Slaughtered pigs. Giant, loud whistles. I ain't slept in five days. I've got no money, a dress-code problem, and a little murder case, which just happens to hold the lives of two innocent kids. Not to mention ... your (stamp, stamp, stamp) biological clock. My career. Your life. Our marriage. And let me see, what else can we pile on? Is there any more shit we can pile on to the top of the outcomes of this case? Is it possible?"

"Maybe it was a bad time to bring it up."
