Forgot about ScoreBet, that was another small-time operation that had zero tolerance for winners. I think I made dinner money three nights in a row and they barred me.

Utah State +17 is an all-time bad beat.

Not the casino I work for, but same state. A bad problem for their mobile sportsbook today.

On this Giving Tuesday... I gave out to my friends in legal states:

Iran U0.5 goals, under 9.5 corners, no goals first 30 minutes, US under 1.5 goals. +615.

    Damn, giving feels so good.

The Drew Brees lightning stunt is reason No. 483 why PointsBet is a lousy operation.

RIP Army-Navy under. At least U7 first quarter hit so not a total killing.

Finally hit on a three-leg college hoops parlay yesterday, though it's been so long since I'd hit the first two parts of one that I got gun shy. Took Yale +16.5 (lost by 10), Arkansas -4.5 (won by 10) and Alabama +7.5. Houston goes on a little run to end the first half to take a four-point lead, so I just decide to cash out. Still tripled my money, but dang it. Of course Alabama wins after trailing by 15 in the second half.

I am a big Scott Van Pelt fan, but he is a special kind of smug when his picks are hitting, which they are this year.

Ah, the perils of gambling on a budget.
Kind of liked three bowl games on Saturday, but I also liked several NFL games and was there wasn't enough in my modest weekly budget ($50-$60) to go around. So I cheaped out and wound up trying a $5 four-teamer for Saturday:
    • Croatia-Morocco U2.5 goals
    • Oregon State -10 vs. Florida
    • Southern Miss -6 vs. Rice
    • Boise State -10.5 vs. North Texas

Also threw $10 at U44 in the Bills-Dolphins game Saturday night, hoping the blizzard they're forecasting materializes and shuts down both offenses.

This is my first foray into soccer, so forgive what I know is a dumb question — the total only includes regular and extra time, and not a shootout, right? Like if it's 1-1 and goes to a shootout, the bet pays, correct?

Correct on your soccer questions. PKs do not count against the total. The game would officially be a draw.
