Knew that mission was a bad idea. Now we know just how bad.

    Most satisfying death since Joffrey.

Good call (though we didn't technically see him die).

It was clear the Stark sisters were teaming up last week. Excellent end to Little Finger.

    Fun stuff.

Couldn't kill Jamie off until next season. The Mountain and Hound will do battle. My guess is the Hound kills him but is mortally wounded. and Arya ends the Hound as an act of mercy.

Tyrion was sort of pushing for a Jon-Dany union last week. When it happened, he looked concerned. Did I read that wrong? Or had he learned something?

Cersei plays to form as a backstabber.

Bring on the white walkers and the Great War! In two years..... sigh.

I think he learned something. I think he sold them out to save Cersei's baby.

Yup. All that just to convince Cersei when they had Tyrion there to tell him they shouldn't bother.

Oh my goodness what an episode. Little Finger went out like a groveling bitch. Sansa and Arya went all BAMF on us. Oh and Bran was finally helpful.

Then the boat was rocking and the seas were calm (metaphorically speaking). Tyrion had to have said something to Cersei to convince her to at least put on a face. I think that something was at the cost of Daeny and Jon EEEEERRRRRRRRR Aegon Targaryen. So fucking satisfying.

And blue fire dragon! Holy crap. I think the next time we see Tormond he'll have blue eyes.

Everything, even the slower parts were great. Theon taking one to the junk and laughing was great. Bron's what is there to fight for speech was great.

And Jaime is killing Cersei, right? King Slayer goes Caitlyn Jenner on us?

Theon taking three to the junk that's not there and playing off the astonishment to headbutt his opponent was genius.

I think this episode cleared things up about Bran. Everyone has been talking like he knows everything about everyone, but when Samwise tells him that Rhaegar and Lyanna were married he's surprised. Then he checks up the timeline and confirms what happened. He knows what he knows, what he is interested enough to investigate. Otherwise he's still limited, not omniscient.

The three Stark kids absolutely slam-dunked Littlefinger, working together. So nicely done.

It was Tyrion's idea. I still don't get why people think it was such a bad idea (blue dragon notwithstanding). They are facing an army they can't defeat if they are warring with the Lannisters. However slim the chance of her agreeing to a truce was, they had to take the longshot that it would work. It didn't, but what was their other option?

Not sure what the Jenner reference means, but Jaime is not killing Cersei as long as he thinks she's pregnant with his kid. Appears he's headed north to join the fight vs the dead.

For an episode which started off slow, it definitely kicked up a notch at the end.

I legitimately feared for Tyrion and Jaime's life when they were around Cersei. I thought for sure that would be one of the big deaths in the show.

Completely satisfied with how Littlefinger met his end. Bran finally came through with something meaningful, both in that scene and the scene with Samwell Tarly.

Who joins what side in the next season will be interesting. I have a feeling Bronn will haul ass to meet up with Jaime. I have a feeling Tyrion could switch sides and join his sister. But it might be all for naught because it seems like the Night King's army will be pretty damn unstoppable now with the ice dragon and his ability to raise thousands of troops in every town he conquers.

Now we wait for two years to find out.
