Similar question...general consensus is that we're just getting one wedding this season, right?

 

Yes, that's what I think but they might go out of order and have the red wedding next season, to keep the actor who plays Robb around for another year.

The producers, supposedly, really like they guy and killing off Joffrey first would be one of helluva thing to get some people all worked up.

 

If the episode title is to be properly interpreted.

 

As Ruckus alluded to, episode 9 is titled "The Rains of Castamere." That's clearly the Red Wedding.

Episode 10 is titled "Mhysa!" which would imply a Dany-heavy plot, but I'm still hoping for a Joffrey death to end the season.

 

He and Matt Weiner should sit down and discuss their mommy issues.

 

Sadly, I don't think we get the Purple Wedding. Joffrey lives another season.

The channel guide says that in two weeks from now, the wedding is at King's Landing and the show title isn't the one that has been previously reported.

I'll have to check the cable box tonight to remember what it is.

 

That will be Tyrion and Sansa, I would imagine.

 

This week "The Bear and the Maiden Fair" -- Jaime saves Brienne at Harrenhall.

Next week "Second Sons" -- Tyrion and Sansa get married,

Episode 9 "The Rains of Castamere" -- Red Wedding

Episode 10 "Mhysa" -- Dany episode.

 

Solid episode this week. ... though I did feel awkward when Sansa - who just announced to the world she's 14 - was about to get naked. I was like, "doesn't that technically make this kiddie porn?"


The Hound telling Arya, if she's lucky they'll make it to Twins in time for the wedding was a nice bit of foreshadowing.

 

Nice to see more of Dany.
