The Inquirer broke the resignation of Eagles president Joe Banner on A1 two weeks ago. Comcast owns the Flyers, owns the building the Sixers play in, owns the television rights to both teams plus the Phillies, and last year forbade the columnist they had just hired from writing about the Eagles because the Eagles did not like him. So I guess in a literal sense you are correct: Comcast does own the city.

Because of her Jerry Sandusky is not showering with and raping a boy this week. I don't think that could be said with any confidence without her hard work.

Can you really call a 24-year-old an ink-stained wretch?

Stitch: Point taken, but she's old-school. She does it *right*

My guess is some ink-stained curmudgeon taught her that in journalism class.

She plays good defense and is fundamentally sound?

None of that showboating you see "some" reporters do, with their high-fivin' and dancin' moves after filing a big story.

Well, I worded it poorly and I definitely wanted to clarify because I know it's a very good section.

Atlanta might be the worst big city in America.
