    Give Dubow a bonus!
    Give Shalala and the board members bonuses!
    Cut some more people, up the bonuses more!
    Ain't America great?

    Yeah, I know, Dubow is out. Health issues. Yeah, I'd have health issues too if I did what he's done to people.

    Different states have different rules. In my last stop, salaried employees were required to take their furlough as an entire one-week block and could claim unemployment. Hourly employees had the option of splitting up their furlough days, which would mean no unemployment, or taking them as a block (the popular option) and collecting.
