Gatehouse bought my company. Now what?

You know how the devil you know is better than the devil you don't? I'm pretty sure that's what all these JRC peeps will be saying once they get to know their new devil. Also, good to see the company takes care of new papers ahead of the established ones. So maybe it won't be so bad for the newbies.

There is no devil worse than JRC.

Working for Gatehouse is (I suppose) like working for Dean Wormer.

Working for JRC is like working for Charlie Manson, and his VP/Editorial, Jeffrey Dahmer.

Methinks it's more like working for Ebneezer Scrooge. Not as bad as Manson, perhaps, but I think most people would gladly trade spots with Niedermayer, that sneaky little shit.

You don't know. You just don't know.

It's one thing to work for pennypinching skinflints.

It's something else to work for people who are out to ritually slaughter their victims, chew on their corpses, and take psychosexual glee out of seeing careers and lives destroyed. Any day he can see a few more career employees thrown out on the street, it's a great day in Jelenicville.
