Eh, I wouldn't really trust those sites. If Vulture or the Hollywood Reporter comes out with similar reports, there's probably some truth to it. But the fan blogs are the worst, and I bet they're just betting on the more-likely-than-not chances that the movie isn't great.

This looks very interesting. To be released in two parts, Easter and Christmas of 2023.

 

Saw an ad for the new Avatar - is it just me or does it look a little too caroonish? The VFX don't seem as revolutionary as when it premiered. Now if the story is good - okay - but there is no Avatar "fan base" like there are for comic book movies.
