Trailer had me from the opening shot. Nothing but the sound of Ferrari engines until the final moment … if they had Oscars for trailers, this would win one.

This is great. Really interesting take on George Lucas from Sam Whitwer.

    Who?

    Wikipedia -
Sam Witwer (born October 20, 1977)[2] is an American actor and voice actor. He is known for his roles as Crashdown in Battlestar Galactica, Davis Bloome in Smallville, Aidan Waite in Being Human, Mr. Hyde in Once Upon a Time, Ben Lockwood in Supergirl, and Rupert Chipping in Riverdale.

Witwer has worked on numerous projects in the Star Wars franchise, having first provided his voice and likeness for Starkiller in the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game series. He later notably voiced Darth Maul in the television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, as well as the film Solo: A Star Wars Story. He has also voiced the Son and Emperor Palpatine in The Clone Wars and Rebels, respectively. Witwer portrayed protagonist Deacon St. John through motion capture for the video game Days Gone by Bend Studio.

Witwer speaks very thoughtfully of Star Wars. Any fan of the animated series knows exactly who he is. Maul has always been defined by the actors who brought him to life. The original version of the character had no emotional depth all, but he was as badass of a fighter as we had ever seen in Star Wars thanks to the skill of Ray Park. Witwer's voice work transformed Maul into an intelligent, manipulative, and tragic antagonist.

The last Netflix red envelopes were shipped out this week. Nice perk? You get to keep them for good, and they sent up to 10 off of your queue. Yes, still got the disks because you could get old TV shows and other hard to find movies that aren't streamed anywhere.

Dumb Money, great movie. Like The Social Network for individual investors. Plus, Vincent D’Onofrio as Stevie Cohen with his pet pig is hysterical.

Definitely could see Paul Dano getting an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor, and maybe supporting nods for (no joke) Pete Davidson and Seth Rogan.

I guess there were a lot of bad reviews but it took that concept and made it understandable and enjoyable to watch.
