I think the show will have a long life as long as they keep producing musical numbers that sell. That's the part of this show that will keep it alive, even when the plot fizzles.

I thought it was a decent episode, the highlight for me was Rachel's solo from A Chorus Line at the end (because I am not a fan of hip-hop music). Next week's episode should be on the same level as the Madonna and Lady Gaga eps.

I'm *really* looking forward to their Halloween episode (I would skip the rest if you don't want to know)...

Rocky Horror tribute! With Meat Loaf and Barry Bostwick. And Susan Sarandon wants to be part of it as well.

Just too bad that Tim Curry isn't going to be on it. Bah. :(

OK, I have never been HUGE into Brittany. Like I think she's funny, but I don't think she steals the show the way others do. My favorite line last week was Brittany saying "Stop the violence" really quietly during the Santana-Quinn fight.

But my fucking god. I don't know how they downplay her in the show, but her first Britney number, under the anesthesia? She leaped onto my list of five.

Thought it was one of the best Glee episodes ever.

Heather Morris is one of the sickest dancers I've ever seen, and funny as fuck.

My girl Brittany stole the show! SLAVE 4 YOU is now one of my favorite songs of all time.

Maybe not the best episode in terms of plot and such, but clearly the best episode for musical numbers. Even with that complete awesome Christopher Cross appearance.

I don't know much about Britney's music, one of the songs Glee did, I didn't know was a Britney song but the show was impressive and the one liners from Brittany were incredible.

Also very funny was Jane Lynch's monologue on the 1968 Democratic National Convention. I did not know that Lady Bird Johnson had a tramp stamp.

In terms of plot, I thought this episode incorporated the fantasy element about 1,000 times better than the Madonna episode. It never made sense, within the established Glee universe, why Sue and the kids would participate in a shot-for-shot Vogue tribute, which is part of the reason I though the Madonna episode didn't deserve nearly the praise it received. At least here, it was established that what was occurring was a hallucinogenic fantasy and thus they didn't break the rules they seem to break a bit too often where people break into tightly choreographed and overly produced numbers outside the confines of the auditorium or the practice room.

Lot of great one-liners too. Line about Will having more vests than anyone outside the cast of Blossom got me good.

Soooo many good Brittany lines in the episode, so I was really happy. The Emma and Will stuff is now incredibly boring to me, and the Artie-Tina and Finn-Rachel storylines are getting there, which worries me. But I still find the other auxiliary characters - Britt, Santana, Quinn, Puck, etc. - interesting and entertaining.
