Well, I'm glad I'm being more reasonable. My point still stands. People keep taking shots at you because you keep going way off topic and your digressions are all about yourself.

I admit I am a bit of a threadjacker myself, and I get called on it, too.

And the difference between many of the groups you brought up and blacks as NFL coaches is those groups don't have nearly the representation among the players that blacks do. That makes a large difference.

To that end, we can forever put to rest the myth that the African American man can coach because he's an African American man, and simply state, he can coach because he is a man.

Marvin Lewis can't control his African American players, because he himself is African American? NO! He fails because of his failure as a coach, and not as a man. Herman Edwards is not a bitch because he's an African American man, he's just a bitch who happens to be a man.
