Just like the man here once said, to the liberal media: "You can't handle the truth."

Yes, red X's often speak to those who are insane.

Nope. What I am saying is that for the most part, blacks are superior to whites in athleticism, which is proven by the NFL personnel file - unless that is, there's some sort of inherent racism implied within that file....like, "hey, let's hire minorities just because."

I understand you weren't saying women's bball is inferior to men's bball, just like you weren't saying black coaches are inferior to white coaches.

The problem with your initial statement, was it appeared that way because people (myself included) believe women's basketball to be inferior to the men's game. As such, it looked like you were saying black coaches are inferior.

Upon further review, it became clear you were looking at how Lovie and Tony are referred to as black coaches instead of simply as coaches. It just didn't initially look that way because of how people often view women's basketball.

Hey Chickypoo, I probably had my image tool disabled when I dared suggest that the reality of New Orleans was being ignored by the boys on the board with footballs for band-aids.

Or you used a picture that either no longer exists or is on a site that won't let folks steal bandwith.

Doesn't change your level of sanity.

So what truth are you espousing that we can't handle?

Blacks are better athletes and whites are better coaches?

That's what the numbers say therefore it's true?

Chuck, here's your problem. And it's a big problem.

To read many of the things you and Sportsbruh have to say about the situation, you ARE quite conscious of the racial makeup of things -- to the extreme.

It's like Sportsbruh's line, "Now we need TWO black starting quarterbacks in the Super Bowl." Well, no. We need two black starting quarterbacks in the Super Bowl ... if they've earned their way there. And if a black man gets there and doesn't deserve it, it should bother you just as much as if a white man gets there and doesn't deserve it.

Hey, if you want to say it's harder for a black man to become a running back in the NFL ... check the black man's percentage in American society as a whole, then check the black man's percentage among NFL running backs. And you're kind of shot down right there.

And if you want to follow by saying that blacks have certain qualities which make them better suited to be NFL running backs ... the Al Campanis line forms to the right.

Don't put words in my mouth.

It's obvious for athletes, who make the team based on skill level.

Coaching hires involve the good old boy system and networks.
