    More bullshit Cover Your Ass crap from management when a little common sense would go a lot farther.

    And zero tolerance just escalates the bullshit.

    As does hiding behind policy: "I'm sorry, Dustin, but there's nothing we can do. This comes directly from Corporate."

    This one has nothing to do w/corporate BS. Sounds like the owner of the joint just didn't like the guy and was looking for an excuse to get rid of him.
