The chances of that happening are about as slim as the Leafs winning the Stanley Cup.

    Tell you what.

Since I'll probably croak first I'll grab a meeting with God when I get up there and ask Her about the creation stuff.

And I'll send a message back to you.

    One angel----you win.

    Plague of locusts--you lose.

Was working at the game Saturday ... didn't think to listen when it was played in pregame, so I can't say I heard the chant. Postgame, there wasn't about 2,000 in the stands and little to no students (they bailed when the game when Ole Miss's way in the third quarter).

One interesting thing I saw walking through Oxford before the game. Small shop had window display of hats, shirts, etc. with "Never Forgotten" and just a a familiar-looking wide-brimmed hat and moustache in grey on a red or blue field. Some people there are still sore about "Colonel Reb" no longer being the official mascot. I guess.

Top athletes like to walk outside and be warm in February.

    Can't blame them.

I do find it interesting to see the dominance of teams playing south of the Mason-Dixon line. Maybe they should expand the Lambert trophy to include Oregon, Boise, and Iowa.

Turns out that "From Dixie With Love" was just the opening shot in this war of oppression:

In a move sure to help Ole Miss during recruiting, the mouthbreathing Klan will rally Saturday ...

The circus in Oxford will definitely be cut short. The Klan won't be anywhere near the stadium or the grove.

    Love this quote:

We aren’t coming there to cause problems or cause trouble,” Tate said. “Trouble has already been caused by a handful at Ole Miss, including the black student body president, who wants to shape Ole Miss into yet another liberal sodomite college.”

Naive me, I thought the KKK was dead and gone a long time ago.

    Plus ca change...............
