Of course, this guarantees we'll either have a black president or a female vice-president.

In retrospect, McCain tipped his hand somewhat by reaching out to Hillary voters.

    It's a definite gamble.

I have to believe a lot of mothers out there will be asking the same thing.

Poor Kay Hutchinson trying to put happy talk on this...she clearly knows nothing about Palin.

What is the greatest number of children for a member of the presidential ticket?

I really think this is a terrible pick, and I doubt the base gets all excited about some unknown from the top of the world. For all the talk about what Obama's resume says about him, her's says what?

The whole "we'll get Hillary Clinton voters" thing is silly.

First, you take the percentage of Hillary voters that will switch. Then it's the number of Hillary switchers in those handful of toss up states. Then, it's the number of Hillary switchers in those toss up counties in those toss up states.

At the end of the day, what do you got? In a razor thin election, maybe, maybe it makes a difference, but then so will a 1,000 other things.

Palin was runner-up in the 1984 Miss Alaska pageant. The other woman living in Alaska at the time must have been smokin'.

    I'll be here all week.

Marc Ambinder of The Atlantic has already linked to a video saying "You might want to delete this ..."

It's a video of Ted Stevens endorsing Palin for governor.

    This is a game-ender.

Obama can start giving his backers their money back.

She must be doing a pretty good job doing it as a governor.

That she's actually run a state.

Biden is now in the position to be Al Gore in 2000, condescendingly sighing his way through debates with Bush... and having morons in the media saying that he LOST said debate.
