    Very similar.

Bush WOULD get his ass kicked Carter style if he had another election.

Obama made a pick with governing in mind.

McCain made a pick with pandering in mind.

    You decide.

Please support his claim with some kind of factual statistic.

The same people you speak of them trying to impress are the same people who are so outstandingly Republican that, like the choice or not, would NEVER EVER in a MILLION YEARS vote anything BUT republican.

Sure they might not be happy with McCain but they'd never vote for anyone else. Everyone knows that.

Or a woman whom McCain will make sure is paid about 70 percent what Biden would be as Veep.

A sentence that waters down one of the great judicial issues of this election. Where ya been fudge? Court appointees! Court appointees! Court appointees! You dems were screaming in angst about this during the Bush campaigns. Now you want to minimize it.

How can Obama claim on one hand that McCain is too much of a Washington insider who's part of the problem, and on the other choose Biden.

In an interview just a month ago, she dissed the job, saying it didn’t seem “productive.”

In fact, she said she doesn’t know what the vice president does.

Larry Kudlow of CNBC’s “Kudlow & Co.” asked her about the possibility of becoming McCain ticket mate.
Palin replied: “[A]s for that V.P. talk all the time, I’ll tell you, I still can’t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the V.P. does every day? I’m used to being very productive and working real hard in an administration. We want to make sure that that V.P .slot would be a fruitful type of position, especially for Alaskans and for the things that we’re trying to accomplish up here for the rest of the U.S., before I can even start addressing that question.”

But they could stay home. The only reason Bush won in 2004 was Rove getting out the base in unprecedented numbers.

This is an attempt to repeat that.

Republicans stand for less government. Maybe that's the thought. :)
