    Krauthammer: It's "near-suicidal."

But he does posit that McCain is trying to steal "change" from Obama.

    Isn't that awfully selfish?

There's a basis for legislation if I ever heard one.

For the record, overturning Roe v. Wade would not criminalize abortion. It would just reinstate the right of the people through their elected legislatures to decide on its legality, instead of the courts. A bit of a pet peeve how that decision always gets misrepresented by people who've obviously never actually read it. It's quite possible to be pro choice but still think R v. W was wrongly decided.

Aborting a child because you don't want to put on weight or buy baby clothes isn't selfish?

  7. He's a conservative-leaning columnist, correct?

That is correct. He doesn't as much lean as he's already fallen over.

What's so sad is that this courageous choice she made in her personal life-- to have her baby-- is being held up as why she's ready to be president.

I remember when I had my prenatal testing done. We were considered high-risk. When I got the call that my baby did not have a chromosome disorder (which is what Downs is), I cried and cried tears of relief. If the news had been bad, I probably would have done the same thing Palin did.

How does that make me better at my job?

Krauthammer has made a career out of being wrong. There's quite a market for it, so he continues to enjoy high-profile jobs.
