A horrible decision would have been picking Jimmy Kimmel. Or Mitt Romney. She is the governor of a state, after all.

Let me post this again. It's that important.

Two weeks ago, Sarah Palin could not articulate 30 seconds worth of cogent thought on our situation in Iraq.

And this is who John McCain has picked for Vice President.

[blue] Because there's no way that she, being a woman, could be qualified.[/blue]

Because he was excited or scared shitless? I can't bring myself to listen to him, but am curious about his reaction.

Her chief weapon is her beauty . . . .
Yes, her beauty, and the "hockey mom" bit . . .
Her three, THREE!! weapons, are . . . her beauty, the "hockey mom" bit, her gender, and an almost fanatical love of conservative politics . .
    Yes, she has FOUR! weapons . . . .

    Limbaugh practically made the pick.

Palin has been a recent favorite of the right-wing talk show circuit.

When the McCain camp floated the Ridge trail ballon and the talk show hosts went nuts, they had to go 100% in the opposite direction.

You can all call it a gimmick if you want. All I can say is enjoy laughing yourself to sleep for the next couple nights, because as the campaign goes on that laughter will turn to tears by Nov. 5.

I will be celebrating one of the best birthdays I've ever had for sure.

Considering I don't have a political party, I'm not sure what this means.

Why? Because she comes off well as a guest on Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck's shows?

    Oy.
