"Broken English" and "Working Class Hero" Marianne Faithful. Yes, I know Lennon wrote WCH.
"All The Time in the World" The Climax Blues Band. The live album.
"Heart to Hang Onto" Pete Townshend and Ronnie Lane. All The Who fans and this doesn't show up?

EDIT: Forgot "FBI" Ian Hunter and Mick Ronson.

Uh, oh, you triggered my Gordon Lightfoot memory.

    "Canadian Railroad Trilogy"
    "Did She Mention My Name?"
    "Ten Degrees and Getting Colder"

And this list could grow by leaps and bounds if I wanted to.

I can't believe the alternate title endorses kitten killing.

  5. I've always thought it was 1 and Who's Next1A.
Sellout is funny in a way WN isn't, and it is genuinely innovative, and it never gets mentioned in the conversation with Pet Sounds or Pepper, but it should.
A friend who was in Vietnam says they used to play the end of "Rael" -- "He's crazy if he thinks we're coming back again" -- loudly out into the jungle.

I have to add "Across the Universe" by the Beatles.

Steve, I tried to stay away from Genesis ... I could get banned by Webby for excessive bandwidth. :)

"Cul-De-Sac" was my previous lyrics .sig.
I like "Guide Vocal," but will quickly promote "Duchess" and "Man of Our Times" over it on "Duke" alone.
Should we consider "The Lady Lies" or "Down and Out" on ATTWT?
"Spectral Mornings" - Still my favorite Hackett track
"Red Rain" - Another underrated Pete piece

I love Oasis. Wish they'd have been around when I was in college. Instead, my sub-generation had The Stone Roses for our fluffy-haired Northern English jangle rock band. They weren't as big assholes as Oasis, but I did like Oasis' music better. I saw in some guitar magazine a big article about the Stone Roses dude last year. he's really into boxing (as a boxer, not just fanboy).

    My favorite Oasis: Slide Away.

Stone Roses: She Bangs the Drums, Made of Stone, Waterfall.

It's not long forgotten, because it hasn't been out that long, but I'm a big fan of David Gray's "Hospital Food" ...

I prefer She's Electric, a pretty similar tune.
