    Well, at least the game gives you an idea if your kid might be interested in it, or if you are. Plus, in my case, my kids have been turned on to some cool songs they might not have otherwise discovered -- such as "Search and Destroy," "I Wanna Be Sedated" and "Cherry Pie."

    OK, not so much that last one. Though it was funny when my 4-year-old son was running around the house singing, "I! EAT! CHERRY PIE!"

    I'm hoping most of the songs on the 80's edition will be available for download soon. I'm also hoping Harmonix doesn't charge as much as they have for previous songs.

    Day off.

    Game beaten on Medium. Five stars on all songs except one miserable bitch of an Anthrax song. Three played perfectly.

    My hands hate me.

    also, 80s version is at best buy for $40, as opposed to $50 other places
