Didn't SCOTUS, in U.S. vs. Lopez, find it unconstitutional to ban firearms within 1,000 feet of schools?

 

In light of the events of the day, I am sure many would like to revive this discussion. There are some good posts here. Can we do this again, this time without all the B.S.?

Perhaps we are, sadly, just a more violent society, guns or no guns.
