Uh, this site has some amazing inappropriate costumes for teens:

Unless I missed the OED change that redefines "teen" as "slut."

Maybe in the modern era, but check out some of these: http://eatliver.com/vintage-ads/#null
Especially "Vibra Finger" in the third row, all the way on the right.

As far as Halloween costumes go, dressing up like Willy Wonka seems appropriate for the amount of candy passed around on Oct. 31. Plus, you can go around trick-or-treating and ask everyone if they're in cahoots with Slugworth.

Forget about spending alot of money on Halloween costumes and go for a classic look.
Get a really ugly cheap 70s-style suit at a thrift store and then get a paper grocery bag, cut holes in it for your eyes and mouth, then walk around telling really bad jokes. You can be the unknown comic from the Gong Show.

Nope, that's pretty much been the definition for about 10 years at least.

I see girls at the mall every time I go that shock me with what their parents let them out of the house wearing.

Second from the bottom, third from the right:
Lysol as a feminine hygiene product? Ouch.

Last year, I was my avatar and looking back at one of the pics, it was pretty fucking disturbing. Even with an amateurish job.
