That's nothing like a Piledriver, is it?

 

Never had a Piledriver, but a Cement Mixer is Bailey's and Rose's Lime Juice. You put them in seperate shot glasses (Hi, Shotty!), then have said drinker ingest the Bailey's (while keeping it in their mouth), then chase it with the Rose's. Then you tell them to swish around the mixture in their mouths. It will curdle instantly, and will be stuck in their teeth all night. Like I said, good times.

 

No, that's not a piledriver. Screwdriver = vodka + orange juice. Piledriver = vodka + prune juice.

 

Like I said, it's a drink you buy for someone you don't like.
