Here's an example of how Easter is waning on the secular side: My side hustle used to close every Easter Sunday, but this year they're open for the first time. Used to be a de facto company holiday (albeit not a paid one.) Fortunately I was scheduled off anyway.

TBF, doesn’t just about everything seem like it was a bigger deal decades ago? Aside from maybe the Super Bowl?

Went to the sunrise service today at Arlington. Pretty cool experience, but way too early for that shit. The resultant 4-hour nap wrecked my whole day.

Started my day at the store at 6 and have been amusing myself by warning customers and baggers I saw a large rabbit with a basket of eggs in the parking lot when I pulled in, so be careful.

We really need to make the argument about Hulk Hogan's Easter tweet an annual occurrence here.
Of all of the dumb things that spark weirdly passionate debates, I never thought that would be one of them. I swear, when I read it I heard it as him doing it as a 1980s-style wrestling promo and it made me laugh. That's it.

Jesus loved a tanning bed, too. It's in Coppertone 3:16.

I thought NASCAR took Easter and Mother’s Day off.
