    Great brains-bashing in scene.

The whole episode had a very Soprano/Godfather vibe.

Back to "Hung," while I thought the episodes this year have been more fun, in the last couple of weeks Ray has suddenly caught Bill Hendrickson Disease and started to do absolutely the dumbest thing he could possibly do in any situation.

He finds a former student from his days as a HS teacher is now a prospective client (and awesomely hot at age 25). She is rarin' to rumble, but at first he holds off for "ethical" reasons. Then he decides, "what the hell, she's legal now," and takes her on as a client. Then, after romping all night, he goes to a wild-ass party at her house and passes out. First thing in the morning, who bounces out of the bedroom in T-shirt and shorts than ANOTHER of his former students? (Who quickly giggles, "Hi, Mr. Drecker!!" )

Having met William Forsythe last week when he was in town promoting a film, I wish I had the chance to tell him that scene where he let Jimmy do the throat-slitting honors was...cold.
As we suspected...Margaret has the screaming thigh sweats for Owen.

Manny's Yiddishness is getting a little close to Eddie Murphy in Coming to America for me, but generally, it is a good role.

The less Lucy and Van Alden, the better.

Same thought. ... His Jewish thing ain't working. That said, that is one of the ONLY criticisms I can find this season. Show has been amazing.

. . . when your hands aren't covering your eyes in an effort to obliterate the memory of the latest atrocity . . .

  6. Best episode yet last night. Now we finally know why Margaret's been hoarding all the money....so she can repay a debt to her brother in Brooklyn.

Nucky escapes death for the second time in two seasons.

And Owen, oh boy, he's nailing everything that moves in Nucky's house....Margaret is his latest victim

Did she give all of the money to her brother? I think that she's a smart woman and is saving a bunch for a rainy day because she knows that she and Nucky aren't forever.

I really liked the episode, but thought that having Lucky, Meyer and Capone there was a little silly. It was an Atlantic City decision and because they weren't ready to start an all-out insurrection against all of their bosses, I'm not sure why the need for the big meeting.

Now -- was the idea that Owen was looking around for this traitor for months and that's why he was in the US?

Do you suppose there was some sort of creative meeting where it was agreed that every episode must have a scene with graphic and disgusting violence? A scalping, an upside down throat slashing, a burn victim, and now fingers in the urinal. I mean, really? Fingers in the urinal??

Great season, just a little gory.

Would have liked it better if Margaret popped her top but otherwise a good episode.

Starting in the 20's as they did allows them the opportunity to take this show a long way.

Would love to see them take it into the 40's when Lucky Luciano became an informant for the OSS as part of deal to spring him from jail.

TW learned that it sells, when working on The Sopranos.

Regarding the broad public, he isn't wrong.

    But it's too bad.

I'd still love to know the significance of the woman winking at Nucky before he was "shot" (didn't even see a bandage on his hand in the preview for next week).
As for the baby Gs, just wait til Jimmy finds out Luciano shtupped his mom again. It's getting pretty damned Oedipal out there.
Margaret and her dark side - hotter than ever.

I thought to show that Margaret's cheating wasn't so awful
