Heroes: SPOILERS!!!

Well, we know that they'll have a good episode next week. Isn't it sweeps about now?

I didn't like this week's episode much. It didn't seem that much actually happened. If they're setting up the next few episodes, I expect big things.

I'm beginning to get a little lost in the whole mess. It might be time for them to let us know a little more about the destinies of certain characters. For example, we know that Hiro plays a big role. But what about some of the fringe characters? I want to know why I should care about them.

 

my guess, as far as who gets killed, is that it's one of either Nikki or Jessica. It did appear that both were around in that stairwell (though it for sure could have been Parkman's power that showed us that). I'm guessing both Petrelli's remain alive.

As for Sylar, yeah, dude is a bad m'fr. His scenes this week were great. Going into Zane's house, killing him, then helping our Suresh. awesome.

 

Badass episode tonight. Seems like they're ready to (finally?) step it up a notch and have the Heroes make actual decisions. I know it took awhile to get everyone's stories up and running but it feels like they're an episode or two late in coming to where they are. Then again, the show was off the air for like a month.

 

Seems like if Peter Petrelli can get a handle on his powers, he's the only one powerful enough to stop Sylar. It also looks like the power Sylar just acquired might fuck with him pretty badly.

 

Have to wonder where Peter's head is after that "Spiderman-in-the-black-costume" turn tonight, and the resulting death.

Excellent episode....except for the bus driver. I cringed as soon as I heard his voice. As much as I love the Stan Lee cameos in the Marvel movies, I thought it was an annoying distraction in this show.

 

I'm a bit confused. I missed the show. Please, someone tell me who died!

(I know it's on the thread title...but read below only if you want to know the who and how)....












Peter and Isaac got into a fight after Peter realized Isaac helped Bennett find him and accused Isaac of trying to get him out of the way so he could have Simone back. Peter went invisible. While firing a gun Bennett gave him where he thought Peter was, Isaac shot Simone twice and killed her. (Of course, this is comic book TV and no doctor declared her dead, so....)

 

Damn straight ... where's the cheerleader? She'll help her regenerate.

 

I could see that happening early on. I hope they bring her back.

 

No way! Loved the cameo as a tip of the hat.

 

I think Simone's death (no way she comes back, she's just deus ex machina that looks like Rae Dawn Chong) will be a Peter Parker moment for Peter Petrelli, great power, great responsibility. Or he just goes psycho.

 

A buddy of mine pointed out the Peter Parker comparison to me a couple of weeks back. I thought it might be interesting to see him go over the edge. Nobody ever said him blowing up was an accident.

But I think this turns him back the other way.
